Preamble
This legal notice is published pursuant to Article 6 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). It identifies the publisher of the attestaria.com website, its hosting provider, the applicable intellectual property conditions, and the terms under which its liability may be engaged.
The site is currently in public construction phase. It presents Attestaria and its waiting list, pending the commercial launch of the service.

2. Hosting

Transactional email delivery (waiting list confirmation) transits through Resend Inc., also established in the United States. The precise conditions of these transfers, the technical safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption) and the subprocessors involved are detailed in the privacy policy.
3. Technical Development
The design, technical implementation, and maintenance of the site are carried out by Benoît Estrangin, with the assistance of Claude Code (Anthropic), a software development assistant.
The application source code is proprietary and is not published under an open-source license at this stage.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements composing the attestaria.com website — including, without limitation, the Attestaria seal-logo, the "Manuscrit numérique" typographic and visual direction, the editorial texts, the graphic identity, the navigation structure, the databases, and the application code — are protected under copyright, in accordance with Articles L.111-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The name Attestaria is currently undergoing a trademark registration procedure with the French Industrial Property Office (INPI). Its use by any third party for commercial, promotional, or competitive purposes is prohibited.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, transmission, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the site's elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the publisher. Any unauthorized use engages the civil and criminal liability of its author.
5. Limitation of Liability
The publisher makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and availability of the information published on the site. The publisher cannot, however, guarantee completeness, absence of error, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
As the site is in public construction phase, some announced features are not yet available. Information relating to the Attestaria product (features, pricing, timelines) is subject to change until commercial launch.
The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the site, including in case of interruption, bug, virus, or data loss, within the limits of applicable mandatory legal provisions.
