Attestaria

Terms of Service

Attestaria — v1.0 — Effective April 22, 2026

Preamble

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern exclusively the registration to the Attestaria waitlist, a service currently under construction. They do not constitute sales terms: no product is currently being marketed.

Our guiding principle: we commit only to what we can deliver today, nothing more.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern exclusively the registration to the waitlist on attestaria.com. Attestaria is a pre-launch project: no final product is currently marketed, and no paid service is offered.

The publisher of the site and party responsible for these Terms is:

Benoît Estrangin, individual entrepreneur registered under the French micro-enterprise regime

2. Service Provided

Registration to the waitlist allows you exclusively to receive an email notification at the public launch of the Attestaria API.

No other service is provided at this stage. In particular:

3. No Contractual Commitment

Registration to the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation of delivery on the part of Attestaria.

No launch date is guaranteed. Attestaria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or abandon the project at any time, without notice or compensation, for any reason.

Registration implies acceptance of this uncertainty.

4. Personal Data

The collection and processing of the personal data you provide upon registration (email address, user type, tools used, language) are governed exclusively by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Registration to the waitlist implies joint acceptance of these Terms and of the privacy policy.

5. Unsubscription

You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time, without justification and at no cost, via the unsubscription link included in every email we send you.

Unsubscription triggers the erasure of your data according to the terms and timelines set out in the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The entire content of the Attestaria site — the seal logo, the "Digital Manuscript" typography, editorial texts, architecture, and application code — is protected under copyright law (Articles L.111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

The "Attestaria" trademark is currently pending registration with the French national intellectual property office (INPI).

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, distribution, adaptation, or use, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and engages the civil and criminal liability of its author.

7. Changes to the Terms

Attestaria reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.

In the event of a substantial change (change of purpose, of controller, or significantly affecting your rights), confirmed subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. This period allows you, if you wish, to unsubscribe before the new Terms apply.

Previous versions are archived and may be provided upon request at contact@attestaria.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Attestaria provides the waitlist service "as is", without warranty of permanent availability or absence of errors.

Attestaria cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Attestaria's liability, should it be engaged, is capped at the amount actually paid by the user for the service — that is, zero euros in the case of the free waitlist.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution by direct contact at contact@attestaria.com, the competent court shall be the Paris Judicial Court (Tribunal judiciaire de Paris).

Pursuant to Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may also freely use the consumer mediation service for disputes falling within that scope.
